The versatility of Whoopie Pies allows you to make the size of your choice, depending on the occasion. Mini Whoopie Pies are very cute for afternoon tea.

To make mini Whoopie Pies, drop 2 teaspoons of Whoopie Pie mixture on top of each other, use a knife to shape into rounds (instead of a tablespoon).

Reduce the baking time to 8 minutes.
