Dip in glaze

Make your Whoopie Pies look and taste amazing. Dip them in a chocolate glaze for a stylish finish.

To make the glaze:

Place 150g dark chocolate (chopped), 1/3 cup thickened cream, 45g butter and 1 tablespoon golden syrup in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth then allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Dip half of each Whoopie Pie in glaze and set for 10 minutes in fridge.
