- 1 540g Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 125 g butter, melted (or 80ml vegetable oil)
- 3/4 cup milk or water (180ml)
- 3 extra large eggs
- Lollies or hundreds and thousands, to decorate

Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 200°C/400°F (180°C fan-forced oven). Line a standard 12-cup (1/3 cup) muffin tray with cupcake cases.
Beat Cake Mix, butter, milk and eggs in a large bowl with electric mixer on LOW speed for 30 seconds, then on MEDIUM speed for 2 minutes. Spoon mixture into muffin cases. Bake for 25 minutes or until tops spring back when touched lightly in the centre.
Spread frosting over cold cupcakes. Decorate with your favourite lollies or hundreds and thousands.
