Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease a deep 20cm square cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper.

Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs with a wooden spoon until combined.( Do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). Spoon the batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until sticky crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then turn onto wire rack and cool completely. Cut into small squares and arrange on a platter with fruit & marshmallows.

Mix together frosting and jam in a microwave safe bowl. Heat uncovered on HIGH or until the mixture can be stirred until smooth. Pour into a fondue pot to keep warm over low heat while serving.

Spear brownies, fruit and marshmallows with fondue forks and dip in chocolate sauce.
