- Betty Crocker™ Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix
- 125 g butter, melted, cooled
- 2 extra-large eggs
- 1/2 tup (225g) Betty Crocker Milk Chocolate Frosting
- 125 ml (125ml) thickened cream
- whipped cream, to serve
Hot fudge oozes into warm brownies... who could resist?
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease a 20cm square cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base and sides with baking paper.
Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs until well combined. (Do not eat batter as it contains raw eggs). Spoon the batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until sticky crumbs cling to a skewer inserted into the centre.
Place frosting and cream in a small saucepan, stir over a gentle heat until frosting melts making a smooth chocolate sauce.
Poke brownie several times with long-tined fork, wiping fork with paper towel if necessary. Pour hot chocolate sauce over brownies. Cool 20 minutes before serving. Slice and serve warm with whipped cream.
