Ingredients

  • 1 600g Betty Crocker™ Reduced Fat Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup water (125ml)
  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 50 g store bought tiny meringues
  • 1 punnet fresh raspberries

Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease and line a 27cm x 17cm slice pan.

Stir brownie mix, water and eggs in a bowl until just combined. Spread evenly in pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan. Break into rough pieces.

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Layer brownie, cream, crumbled meringue and raspberries into six serving glasses.
