- 200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 20 marshmallows
- 1 cup coarse shortbread or plain biscuit crumbs
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
- Betty Crocker™ Christmas Chocolate Truffle Mix 305g

Grease and line a 20cm square pan with baking paper, extending paper up and over the sides.
Place chocolate and cream in a large bowl. Microwave on HIGH /100%/1100 watt for 30 seconds. Remove and stir until chocolate has melted. Cool slightly.
Add marshmallows, biscuit crumbs, pistachios and truffle mix to the chocolate mixture. Mix well. Spoon into pan and smooth top. Sprinkle over coconut. Chill until set. Cut into squares.
