Freezing Your Cakes

Did you know that your cakes can be frozen for up to 2 months in an air-tight container? It’s a great way to make them last and ensure you have always fresh cakes on hand! (If decorated with icing, wait until the icing is firm before freezing). To defrost an iced cake, simply leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours. To defrost an iced cake, thaw overnight in the fridge before enjoying!
