Easter Chocolate Brownie

All You Need Is ...
- Betty Crocker™ Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix, 500g
- 125g butter, melted
- 2 extra large eggs
- 12 Ferrero Rocher
- Betty Crocker™ Creamy Deluxe™ Chocolate frosting, 400g
Betty's Easy Steps
- Preheat oven to 180◦C (160◦C fan forced). Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line with baking paper, extending up and over the sides.
- Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs in a bowl. Pour into pan. Dot with Ferrero Rocher. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until just firm. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove, cool on wire rack.
- Spoon half a tub of frosting into a bowl and warm gently in microwave for 20 second bursts until runny. Drizzle over brownie. Cut into 12 or 16 pieces.
