Betty's Easy Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180◦C (160◦C fan forced). Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line with baking paper, extending up and over the sides.
  2. Stir brownie mix, butter and eggs in a bowl. Pour into pan. Dot with Ferrero Rocher. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until just firm. Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove, cool on wire rack.
  3. Spoon half a tub of frosting into a bowl and warm gently in microwave for 20 second bursts until runny. Drizzle over brownie. Cut into 12 or 16 pieces.
