Betty's Easy Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (170°C for fan forced ovens).
  2. Mix all the ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  3. Spoon heaped teaspoons of the dough onto an ungreased baking tray, leaving generous gaps between them.
  4. Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on your cooling rack before enjoying…Mmm, perfect!
